What is btrd?
btrd is a landing-score app for pilots. It records a landing session, detects touchdown, shows rollout context, and turns the result into a simple post-flight score.
Is btrd a flight instrument?
No. btrd is not a certified flight instrument, not a replacement for instruction, and not for operational decision-making. It is for post-flight review and friendly scoring.
When should I start a landing test?
Only when it is safe and appropriate. Configure the app before high-workload phases. Fly the aircraft first and review btrd after landing.
Can I use btrd in a simulator?
Yes. The app is being designed for both real-flight and simulator-style sessions, although score behavior may vary depending on device placement and simulator setup.
How do I report a score that feels wrong?
Email support with the approximate time, aircraft/simulator context, airport if applicable, and what felt wrong about the touchdown or rollout window. If the app offers a report/share option, include that too.
How do I request data deletion?
Email [email protected] or [email protected] from the email associated with your account and ask for deletion. We may need to verify account ownership before processing.
